Colorful noodle pan with turkey cubes

  • 300 g penne noodles

  • 3 Onions
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 400 g Turkey fillet
  • 2 EL Oil

  • 500 ml Vegetable stock (instant)

  • 1 EL dark sauce binder

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, peel the onions and cut into wedges. Halve the peppers, clean, wash, pat dry and cut into strips. Clean and wash the zucchini and cut diagonally into slices. Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into cubes. Heat oil in a large pan. First fry the meat all around until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside. Add the onions, zucchini and peppers to the frying fat. Also fry vigorously. Season with salt and pepper. Add the meat again. Deglaze with the stock and cream. Let everything simmer for 10 minutes. Tie the sauce lightly with a sauce thickener. Fold in the pasta. Season again with salt and pepper
