  • 2-3 medium-sized onions
  • 2 bunch parsley
  • 3-4 EL capers (glass)
  • 5 EL fried onions
  • Caraway, sweet peppers
  • 40 paper cuffs

Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash and chop the parsley. Turn the meatballs in capers (chop if necessary), parsley, fried onions, caraway, diced onion and paprika, press down. Put into the paper cuffs
