Colorful layered salad

For 4 people
  • 1 Ciabatta bread (approx. 400 g)
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 5 EL Oil
  • 1 large romaine lettuce
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 potty basil
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 300 g yogurt, salt, pepper

Dice the bread. Peel and chop the garlic. Fry them with the bread in hot oil until crispy

Clean, wash and finely chop the salad. Wash tomatoes, cut into wedges. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Wash and pluck the basil. Mix together the salad cream and yoghurt, season to taste

Layer the prepared ingredients one after the other with a little sauce in a high bowl. Cover and let stand for at least 2 hours
