Colorful 'hot dogs'

For 5 people
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 2 Peppers
  • (e.g. B. red and green)
  • 30 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 EL vinegar
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 TL Mustard
  • 1 TL Oil
  • 1 medium-sized tomato
  • 3 EL Vegetable corn (canned)
  • 3 EL Remoulade (glass)
  • 8 Wiener Sausages
  • (approx. 70 g)
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 75 g Danish cucumber salad
  • (glass)
  • 1/8 (approx. 50 g) Tube
  • 'Red-White' Ketchup &
  • Mayonnaise
  • 20 g Fried onions

Egg in approx. Boil hard for 10 minutes. Bread rolls in the preheated oven(Electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) Bake for 4-5 minutes

Clean and wash the paprika. Cut the cheese and bell pepper into strips. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Mix the vinegar, salt and mustard together. Beat in the oil. Fold in the bell pepper, cheese and onion

Quench the egg, peel and dice. Clean, wash and dice the tomato. Mix both with corn and tartar sauce. Season to taste

Let the sausages soak in hot water for about 5 minutes. Wash the lettuce and pat dry. Top the hot dogs with salad and sausages. Then top with cheese-paprika-salad, corn-tomato-tartar sauce or cucumber salad, ketchup & mayonnaise 'red-white' and fried onions as you like
