Colorful grill vegetables

- 4 large peppers

g Zucchini - 4 large tomatoes
- 400 g mushrooms li>
- Salt, black pepper
- 4-5 EL vinegar or lemon juice
- 8-10 EL Olive oil, possibly aluminum foil

- Clean and wash vegetables and mushrooms. Cut the peppers into wide strips, the courgette and tomatoes into thick slices

- Grill the vegetables on the hot grill (possibly on aluminum foil) for 4-6 minutes. Turn more often. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and vinegar. Tastes warm and cold
