Colorful grill vegetables

For 6 people
  • 4 large peppers
  • 500 g Zucchini
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 4-5 EL vinegar or lemon juice
  • 8-10 EL Olive oil, possibly aluminum foil

Clean and wash vegetables and mushrooms. Cut the peppers into wide strips, the courgette and tomatoes into thick slices

Grill the vegetables on the hot grill (possibly on aluminum foil) for 4-6 minutes. Turn more often. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil and vinegar. Tastes warm and cold
