Colorful grill plate

For 5 people
  • 4 Pork chops (approx. 200 g each)
  • 100 ml Oil (e.g. B. olive oil)
  • 2 Sprigs of rosemary and thyme
  • 2 Chilli peppers
  • 2 pressed garlic cloves
  • 2 medium-sized corn on the cob (approx. 350 g each)
  • Salt
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 4 thin turkey schnitzel (approx. 120 g each)
  • 1 (125 g) ball of mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 stem (s) Sage
  • 8 thin slices of Serrano ham (Spanish air-dried ham)
  • 1 red and yellow bell peppers (approx. 200 g each)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 medium-sized sausages (approx . 100 g)
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 40 g Parmesan cheese
  • Pepper
  • 4 Forms made of aluminum foil for the tomatoes
  • 8 wooden skewers

Wash the cutlets, pat dry and marinate with oil, rosemary, thyme, chilli and garlic overnight. Cook the corn in boiling salted water for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Wash turkey escalope, pat dry and cut in half crosswise. Drain the mozzarella and cut into approx. 8 slices. Wash, pat dry and pluck the sage. Cover each turkey schnitzel with 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of mozzarella and 1 sage leaf, fold up and stick together with 1 wooden skewer. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into medium-sized pieces. Peel the onions and cut into wedges.Cut the sausages into medium-sized pieces. Put the sausage, paprika and onion wedges on approx. 4 skewers. Wash, clean, halve tomatoes and place on the prepared aluminum foil. Coarsely grate the parmesan and sprinkle the tomatoes with it. Drain the potatoes, let them evaporate briefly and cut in half lengthways. Remove the corn, cut into approx. 3 cm wide wheels. Drain the chops. Brush the turkey schnitzel, sausage skewers, potatoes and corn with a little marinating oil. Cook the cutlets, turkey schnitzel, sausage skewers, potatoes, corn and tomatoes on the hot grill for about 10 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper. Fresh herb baguette tastes good with it
