  • 1 ( approx. 125 g) Chicken fillet
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 50 g Zucchini
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • chopped thyme
  • 1 EL herbal quark
  • fresh herbs

Wash the potato and Cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Drain and wrap in aluminum foil. In the meantime, wash the chicken fillet and pat dry. Peel and halve the onion. Wash tomato and cut in half. Cut the zucchini into thick slices. Season the meat and vegetables with salt, pepper and thyme. Cook the fillet and potatoes on the hot grill for approx. 15 minutes, the remaining ingredients for approx. 5 minutes. Add herbal quark. Serve garnished with fresh herbs
