Colorful goulash

  • 100 g potatoes
  • 100 g lean pork
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 EL Onion cubes
  • 1 TL (5 g) Oil
  • 1/2 TL Vegetable stock in 1/8 l water (instant)
  • 50 g Carrots
  • 50 g Broccoli
  • Salt
  • sweet paprika
  • 1 TL (5 g) dark sauce binder

Wash and peel the potatoes and cook in salted boiling water for about 20 minutes. Dice the meat. Wash, clean and halve the mushrooms. Fry the meat, mushrooms and onion cubes in the hot oil while turning.

Add vegetable stock. Wash and clean the carrots and broccoli and cut into small pieces. Add to the goulash and cook for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and paprika. Tie with sauce binder. Drain the potatoes and serve with the goulash.
