Colorful garden salad

  • 1 Head of romaine lettuce
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 150 g cucumber
  • 1/2 (200 g) Kohlrabi
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 (5 g) Bag preparation for salad sauce' Dill-Herbs '
  • 3-4 EL lemon juice
  • 4-5 EL Olive oil

Boil the egg hard in boiling water for about 10 minutes, quench with cold and let cool. Clean the lettuce, wash, drain and cut into strips. Wash, clean and dice tomatoes and cucumber. Wash, peel and cut the kohlrabi into fine sticks. Peel and dice the onion. Mix together salad sauce powder, 2 tablespoons of water, lemon juice and oil. Peel and chop the egg and add to the salad dressing with the onions. Season with salt and pepper and fold in the tomatoes, cucumber and kohlrabi. Divide the romaine lettuce on 4 plates and pour the vegetables with the salad sauce over them. Serve with fresh baguette
