Colorful fruit tartlets

For 4 pieces
  • 80 g dark wheat flour
  • (Type 1050)
  • 20 g fruit sugar
  • 40 g Butter / Margarine
  • 1 Egg yolk (Gr. M)
  • 200 g washed,
  • cleaned strawberries
  • 130 g peeled orange
  • or 130 g pitted
  • peach pulp
  • 1/2 Parcel Cake topping
  • (unsweetened)
  • 25 g grated diabetic chocolate (whole milk )
  • some whipping cream
