Colorful fruit salad

For 4 people
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 medium-sized apples (approx. 150 g each)
  • 2 medium-sized pears
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 2 EL liquid honey
  • 3-4 stem (s) Mint
  • 250 g Schmand

Cut 4 thin slices from the lime to decorate, the rest Squeeze the lime and add the juice catch. Wash the apples and pears, quarter them and remove the core. Marinate with the lime juice. Peel and quarter the pineapple and remove the stalk. Cut into approx. 5 mm thick slices. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into slices approx. 3 mm thick. Add the kiwi fruit and pineapple to the apples and pears. Drizzle the fruit with 1 tablespoon of honey. Approx. Let it steep for 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash the mint, pat dry and, except for something to decorate, pluck and cut into fine strips. Mix the sour cream with the rest of the honey and mint until smooth. Arrange the fruit salad with sour cream on plates, decorate with the remaining mint and lime slices. Serve the remaining sour cream separately
