Colorful fruit salad with vanilla yogurt

For 4 people
  • 500 g mixed berries (fresh or frozen; e.g. B.
  • strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, currant
  • ren and blueberries)
  • 1 Orange, 1 small apple
  • 2 red summer plums
  • 2-3 tbsp Rum or orange juice
  • 2 (30 g) lightly heaped tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g whole milk yogurt

Sort, wash and clean or defrost the berries. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Strip the currants from the panicles. Peel the orange thickly. Cut out the fillets, collect the juice. Wash the plums, cut in half, stone them. Peel, quarter and core the apple

Mix the orange juice, rum and sugar. Mix with fruits. Let something go. Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the yogurt. Serve the fruits with the marinade. Add vanilla creams
