Colorful fillet skewers on rice

- 50 g rice
- salt, black pepper
- 1 span> medium-sized onion
- 1 (approx. 150 g) red bell pepper
- 1 (approx. 150 g) Zucchini
- 80 g Pork fillet

- Let rice soak in 1/8 l boiling salted water for approx. 20 minutes

- Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Clean and wash the peppers and zucchini. Cut half of the vegetables into pieces, finely dice the rest.

- If necessary, wash, dab and roughly dice the fillet. Place the meat, onion and vegetable pieces alternately on skewers

- Fry the skewers in the hot oil until golden brown. Steam the rest of the vegetables, turning them frequently. Season everything with salt and pepper

- Deglaze with the broth and simmer covered for 2-3 minutes. Arrange the fillet skewers and vegetables on the rice
