Colorful feta skewers with mint dip

- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 stem (s) Mint or parsley
- 300 g Skimmed-milk yogurt
- salt, white pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 200 g Feta cheese
- 16 green olives (filled with almonds)
- 1 TL pink berries
- 1 Stem rosemary
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 EL Olive oil
- fresh Herbs and Lemon
