Colorful feta skewers with mint dip

For 4 people
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 stem (s) Mint or parsley
  • 300 g Skimmed-milk yogurt
  • salt, white pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 16 green olives (filled with almonds)
  • 1 TL pink berries
  • 1 Stem rosemary
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • fresh Herbs and Lemon
  • 8 Wooden skewers

Peel and chop garlic. Wash the mint and cut into fine strips. Mix the yogurt, garlic and mint until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Clean and wash the paprika. Cut the pepper and cheese into approx. 16 pieces. 2 eachPlace the olives, pepper and cheese pieces alternately on skewers

Roughly grind the pink berries. Wash rosemary, chop finely. Mix together lemon juice, oil, rosemary and pink berries, season. Drizzle on the skewers and let them steep

Arrange the skewers and mint dip. Garnish with herbs and lemon. Fresh baguette tastes good with it
