Colorful endive salad

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small head of endive salad
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 small onions
  • 2-3 EL vinegar
  • Salt
  • white pepper

Boil the eggs hard in 10 minutes, quench and peel. Clean, wash and pluck the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes and eggs into wedges. Peel and finely dice onions.

Mix the vinegar, salt and pepper together, beat in the oil. Add the onions. Arrange the prepared salad ingredients on serving plates. Pour marinade on top. Baguette tastes good with it.
