  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 EL Oil

  • 100 g Cherry tomatoes or 3 small tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Bund Dill

Clean and wash the vegetables and cut into strips. Peel the onions and garlic. Finely dice the onions. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Press garlic through a garlic press. Add paprika, zucchini and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the tomatoes and put them in the pan (quarter the small tomatoes). Make 4 small indentations in the vegetables and let the cracked eggs slide into them. Cover and let stand for 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Wash the dill, chop it finely and sprinkle it over the pan. Serve immediately. White bread or fried potatoes tastes good with it
