Colorful cream cheese crackers

For 4 people
  • 1 pack (200 g) light double cream cheese
  • 4-5 EL Milk
  • 1 EL lemon juice
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 12 Crackers
  • 2-3 Stalk (s) Parsley
  • Caraway
  • Sweet peppers
  • some lettuce leaves and radish wedges for

Mash the cream cheese with milk and lemon juice Mix until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Pour the cheese cream into a piping bag with a star nozzle and sprinkle it on the crackers (or spread the cream thickly with a spoon)

Wash and chop the parsley. Sprinkle 1/3 of the crackers with parsley, 1/3 with caraway seeds and the remainder with sweet paprika. Garnish with lettuce leaves and radish wedges if you like
