Colorful beef goulash

For 4 people
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 600 g Beef (from the leg)
  • 2 EL Oil
  • salt

  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 (à 150 g) red and green peppers
  • 400 g small potatoes
  • 1/2 Bund Marjoram
  • Rose paprika

Peel the onions, cut into wedges. Wash the beef, pat dry and cut into large pieces. Heat oil in a pot. Sear the meat in it over a high heat until it is browned all over.
Add onion wedges and fry. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste. Sweat briefly while stirring. Deglaze with 1/2 liter of water and bring to the boil. Braise in a closed pot for about 1 hour.
In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Add to the goulash 1/2 hour before the end of the cooking time. Pour in 1 / 4-1 / 2 liters of water and simmer on medium heat for another 30 minutes.
Wash the marjoram and pick off some leaves. Put in the goulash. Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika before serving. At will withTie the Diet-Bindefix.
