Colorful bean salad

For 12 people
  • 400 g Cabanossi (garlic sausage)
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 Can (s) (850 ml) red beans
  • 2 Can (s) (425 ml) white beans
  • 1 Glass (330 ml) Silver onions
  • 1 Bund parsley
  • some Stalk (s) Marjoram
  • 6 EL Vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • sugar
  • 4 EL oil

Cut the Cabanossi into thin slices. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small pieces. Place the beans on a sieve, rinse briefly and drain. Drain the silver onions. Wash and finely chop herbs. Season the vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Beat the oil under it. Fold in herbs. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade and let it steep for 30 minutes. Season again to taste. Arrange in a bowl
