Colorful avocado salad with mustard and herb vinaigrette

For 4 people
  • 50 g lamb's lettuce
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 50 g Salmon ham
  • 1/2 Bund Dill
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 1 EL medium hot mustard
  • 2 EL Vinegar
  • 2 EL Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar

Clean, wash and drain the lamb's lettuce. Wash tomatoes, fourth. remove the kernels. Cut tomatoes into strips. Clean the mushrooms,Wash, cut into flakes and drizzle with half of the lemon juice.
Peel and halve the avocado and remove the core. Cut the avocado into wedges and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice. Arrange the lamb's lettuce with the prepared ingredients on plates. For the vinaigrette, dice the ham (without the fat rim).
Wash the herbs and chop finely. Mix the mustard and vinegar together. Beat in the oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad. Fresh brown bread tastes good with it.
