Colorful Asia noodles

- 160 g tagliatelle, salt li>
- 4 carrots, 200 g mushrooms

- Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean the vegetables, wash them and cut them into slices or rings

- Cut the meat into strips and fry them all over in the hot oil. Fry the vegetables. Pour in the stock, Asian sauce and soy sauce. Cook everything for about 5 minutes and season to taste. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce
