Coleslaw with bacon

- 1 small head of white cabbage (approx. 1 kg) span>
- Salt
- 75 g smoked streaky bacon
- 1 EL Oil
- 5-6 EL Apple juice
- 4 EL vinegar

- Clean the white cabbage, cut eighths, cut out the stalk. Cut the cabbage into fine strips. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt on top and knead. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and leave the bacon in it until crispy. Deglaze with apple juice and vinegar, let cool down a little. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the cabbage. Mix well and let it steep for approx. 1 hour
