Cole slaw

For 4 people
  • 1 head of white cabbage (approx. 1.4 kg)
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
  • 150 g solid sour cream
  • 50 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Parsley

Clean, wash, halve and cut out the stalk. Halve the cabbage quarter again and cut into fine strips. Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Peel the onion and grate finely. Mix the cabbage, carrots and onions, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar together. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix everything evenly into the cabbage. Approx. Let it steep for 1 hour in a cool place. Season again with salt, pepper and sugar. Garnish with parsley in a bowl
