Cold yogurt bowl with pieces of vegetables

For 4 people
  • 1 Bund Radishes
  • 1/2 Bun d Spring onions
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 750 g whole milk yogurt
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 4-6 slices Salmon ham (without Fat rim)
  • or 60 g Smoked salmon
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • Dill

Clean and wash the radishes and spring onions. Cut the radishes into strips or slices, and the spring onions into thin rings. Wash the cucumber and peel it if necessary. Halve the cucumber lengthways and core
Roughly chop half of the cucumber. Puree with yoghurt and oil. Finely dice the remaining cucumber, stir in with the spring onions and radishes
Cut the ham into fine strips. Season the cold bowl with salt and pepper. Let cool well. Arrange and spread the ham on top. Possibly. Garnish with dill
