Cold-stirred strawberry jam

  • 250 g Strawberries
  • 1 (200 g) sachet of preserving sugar for cold-stirred 'Gelierzauber' fruit spreads
  • some squirts of lemon juice

Wash and clean the strawberries. Weigh out 200 g of fruit and cut into small pieces. Put the fruits in a mixing bowl and add the preserving sugar. Puree everything with a cutting stick for about 45 seconds. Stir in lemon juice.

Fill the fruit spread into clean glasses, preferably with a twist-off lid. Seal and store in the refrigerator. Lasts about 14 days.
