Cold-stirred strawberry jam
- 250 g Strawberries
- 1 (200 g) sachet of preserving sugar for cold-stirred 'Gelierzauber' fruit spreads
- some squirts of lemon juice ul>
- Wash and clean the strawberries. Weigh out 200 g of fruit and cut into small pieces. Put the fruits in a mixing bowl and add the preserving sugar. Puree everything with a cutting stick for about 45 seconds. Stir in lemon juice.
- Fill the fruit spread into clean glasses, preferably with a twist-off lid. Seal and store in the refrigerator. Lasts about 14 days.
