Cold stirred cherry spread with dark chocolate

  • 300 g Sweet cherries
  • 25 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 pack (185 g) jam sugar without cooking
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 EL red wine
  • 1 TL Kirschwasser

cherrieswash, stalk and stone. Weigh 225 g of pulp. Finely chop the chocolate. Put the cherries, preserving sugar, red wine, lemon juice and kirsch in a tall container. Puree finely with the cutting stick. Stir in chocolate

Fill the fruit spread into sterile jars with screw caps, screw on. Can be kept refrigerated for approx. 14 days
