Cold stirred cherry spread with dark chocolate

- 300 g Sweet cherries
- 25 g Dark chocolate
- 1 pack (185 g) jam sugar without cooking
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 EL red wine
- 1 TL Kirschwasser

- cherrieswash, stalk and stone. Weigh 225 g of pulp. Finely chop the chocolate. Put the cherries, preserving sugar, red wine, lemon juice and kirsch in a tall container. Puree finely with the cutting stick. Stir in chocolate
