Cold-stirred black currant jam

  • 280 g black currants
  • 1 pack (185 g) 'Gelier Zauber'

Carefully wash the currants and pat dry. Strip from the panicles with a fork. Also remove the blossoms

Weigh 250 g berries and place in a tall mixing bowl with the preserving sugar. Purée finely with a hand blender for approx. 45 seconds
3.
Pour the jam into two clean twist-off glasses and close tightly. Store in the refrigerator
4.
The jam can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 2 weeks
