Cold platter with three kinds of appetizers
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 jar (25 g) basil in vegetable oil
- 8 Tomatoes (approx. 50 g) li>
- 75 g Fine mushroom cheese
- 1 EL Salad mayonnaise
- 2 stem (s) Flat-leaf parsley
- 2 span> Figs
- 8 Crackers (e.g. Cheese Crispies)
- 1 span> pack (450 g) deep-frozen hash browns
- 2 EL Oil
- 4 discs Parma ham
- 75 g Crème fraîche
- Pink berries li>
- pickled green peppercorns li>

- Cut the mozzarella into very small cubes. Mix with basil paste. Wash tomatoes, cut off a flat lid. Hollow out tomatoes. Pour in the prepared mixture. Mix the mushroom cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Fill into a piping bag with a star nozzle. Wash the parsley, pluck the leaves from the stems. Cut the figs into wedges. Cover the crackers with parsley, sprinkle cheese paste on top. Garnish with 1 fig slice each. Fry the hash browns in hot oil for approx. 4 minutes on each side. Cover each with 1 halved slice of Parma ham. Put some crème fraîche, sprinkled with pink berries and green pepper on top
