Cold Jaffa dog

- 250 g coconut fat
- 125 g span> Icing sugar
- 50 g Baking cocoa
- 1 packet vanillin sugar li>
- 2 Eggs (size M)
- 2 EL Orange liqueur li>
- 2 packs (150 g each) span> Orange and Chocolate Cookies

- Melt coconut oil in a saucepan and let it cool down. Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa into a bowl, add the vanilla sugar and mix everything together. Gradually stir in eggs, lukewarm fat and liqueur with the whisk of the hand mixer. Line a loaf pan (approx. 25 x 10 cm; 1 1/4 liter content) with baking paper. Possibly put 1 biscuit aside for decoration. Place a layer of biscuits side by side on the bottom of the mold and spread about 1/4 of the chocolate mixture on top. Layer 3 layers of biscuits and chocolate mass alternately on top. Finish with a layer of chocolate. Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Turn the cake out of the mold, peel off the baking paper. Decorate the cake with orange wedges, mint and biscuits. Ice cream tastes good with it
