Cold Jaffa dog

For 16 pieces
  • 250 g coconut fat
  • 125 g Icing sugar
  • 50 g Baking cocoa
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 2 EL Orange liqueur
  • 2 packs (150 g each) Orange and Chocolate Cookies

Melt coconut oil in a saucepan and let it cool down. Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa into a bowl, add the vanilla sugar and mix everything together. Gradually stir in eggs, lukewarm fat and liqueur with the whisk of the hand mixer. Line a loaf pan (approx. 25 x 10 cm; 1 1/4 liter content) with baking paper. Possibly put 1 biscuit aside for decoration. Place a layer of biscuits side by side on the bottom of the mold and spread about 1/4 of the chocolate mixture on top. Layer 3 layers of biscuits and chocolate mass alternately on top. Finish with a layer of chocolate. Chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Turn the cake out of the mold, peel off the baking paper. Decorate the cake with orange wedges, mint and biscuits. Ice cream tastes good with it
