cold Duck

  • 1 untreated lemon
  • some Stalk (s) Lemon balm
  • 1 (0.75 l) Bottle of white wine
  • 1 Bottle drier (0.75 l)
  • Sekt

Wash the lemon with hot water and cut it into slices. Wash and pluck lemon balm leaves. Put both in a jug, ideally with ice. Top up with well chilled wine and sparkling wine.

Divide the cold duck between glasses and add lemon wedges if you likegarnish with lemon balm.
