Cold dog

For 16 For 16 pieces
  • Loaf pan (25 cm)
  • 250 g coconut fat
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 EL Vanilla sugar
  • 50 g Cocoa powder
  • 4 EL Milk
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 300 g Shortbread
  • Baking paper

Melt coconut oil over low heat. Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, cocoa and milk together. Mix in the lukewarm fat with the almonds.
Line the loaf pan with baking paper and cover with a thin layer of chocolate cream. Put in a layer of shortbread biscuits, brush with the cream and put another layer of shortbread biscuits on top.
Continue like this until all the biscuits and cream are used up. Possibly. weight down and let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
After the cooling time, turn it out of the pan, remove the baking paper and cut the cake into approx. 1 cm thick slices. Enjoy directly !.
