Mix the eggs, sugar and cocoa well with the chocolate. Fold in cookies. Pour the mixture into the jars and put it in the refrigerator overnight. Place a cake fork on the dessert plate and dust with cocoa. Carefully remove the fork. Briefly dip half of the dessert glasses in hot water. Pull out with the help of the foil and overturn. It is best to cut it in half lengthways with a hot knife and place it upright on the plates decorated with cocoa forks. Serve decorated with meringue
