cold cucumber soup

For 6 people
  • 2 large onions
  • 2–3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 large cucumber
  • 2 Bundle Chives
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a few dashes of Worcester sauce

Peel and roughly dice the onions and garlic. Wash cucumbers. Cut a few slices from a cucumber to garnish. Clean the remaining cucumber and cut into large pieces. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into rings. Puree the prepared ingredients in two portions with the cutting stick of the hand mixer. Stir in the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Approx. Let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes and season again to taste. Arrange in glasses and garnish with the remaining cucumber slices. Grissini sticks taste good with it
