Cold cucumber bowl with crabs

For 4 people
  • 1 Cucumber (approx. 500 g)
  • 2 (à 500 g) Mug of soured milk (3.5% fat)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Bund Dill
  • salt, white pepper
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • 2-3 EL olive oil
  • 100-150 g Crab meat
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes

Wash the cucumber well or peel thinly. Coarsely grate the cucumber on a grater

Mix the grated cucumber and sour milk. Peel the onion and garlic, chop both or crush the garlic. Wash and chop the dill except for a little. Stir everything into the thick milk

Season the cucumber cold bowl with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Stir in the oil

Briefly rinse the shrimp in cold water and pat dry. Clean, wash and dice tomatoes. Sprinkle the shrimp and diced tomatoes over the cold bowl just before serving. Garnish with the rest of the dill. Fresh farmhouse bread tastes good with it
