Cold cherry bowl with coconut clusters

For 4 people
  • 600 g sour cherries
  • 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 100 g + 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) starch
  • 3 EL desiccated coconut
  • 250 g Cream Quark
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • Cinnamon and lemon balm

cherries wash, stalk and stone. Wash the lemon, peel thin peel. Squeeze the lemon. Bring the cherries, cinnamon stick, lemon peel, 100 g sugar and 3/4 l water to the boil. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove the cinnamon and lemon peel

Mix the starch and 3 tbsp cold water until smooth. Tie cherries with it. Let the cherry soup cool down and chill for at least 3 hours

Mix together desiccated coconut, 1-2 tbsp sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Min. Chill for 30 minutes

Cut about 12 lobes from the quark mixture and arrange in the cold cherry bowl. Decorate with cinnamon and lemon balm
