Cold cherry bowl with coconut clusters

- 600 g sour cherries
- 1/2 untreated lemon
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 100 g + 1-2 tbsp sugar span>
- 2 tablespoons (20 g) starch
- 3 EL desiccated coconut span>
- 250 g span> Cream Quark
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon and lemon balm
