Cold buttermilk bowl with blueberries

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 1 l Buttermilk
  • 4 EL Sugar
  • 1 packet vanillin sugar
  • 3 EL lemon juice
  • 30 g Pistachio kernels

Sort the blueberries, rinse with cold water and let them drain. Mix the buttermilk, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Stir in lemon juice. Add the blueberries and let them steep for about 30 minutes. Chop the pistachios and sprinkle over them
