Cold bowl with nectarines

  • 1-2 EL Lemon juice
  • 1-2 EL Cornstarch
  • 4 (approx. 600 g) Nectarines
  • 200 g raspberries
  • lemon balm

Bring the currant juice, 1/8 liter of water, sugar and lemon juice to the boil. Mix starch and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir in the juice and cook for about 1 minute. Scald nectarines with hot water, rinse with cold water and peel off the skin.

Halve the fruit and remove the stone. Cut the halves into wedges. Sort the raspberries and add them to the lukewarm fruit soup with the nectarine wedges. Refrigerate. Garnish with lemon balm if you like.
