Cold berry bowl with quark dumplings

For 4 people
  • 2 glasses (550 g each) red jelly light ' Garden fruits '
  • 400 ml Cherry nectar
  • 1/2 Vanilla pod
  • 250 g Lean quark
  • 1/2 TL cinnamon
  • liquid sweetener
  • 1 Protein
  • lemon balm

Stir the red fruit jelly with cherry nectar until smooth and divide into 4 deep plates. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and scrape out the pulp. Mix the quark with the vanilla pulp, cinnamon and a few drops of sweetener.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold loosely into the quark. Form 8 dumplings one after the other with 2 moistened tablespoons and place 2 in a plate with a cold bowl. Serve decorated with lemon balm.
