Cognac Summit

For 4 people
  • 40 g fresh ginger
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 1 piece (s) cucumber
  • 160 ml Cognac
  • 320 ml Lemon lemonade
  • ice cubes

Peel the ginger and cut into 16 thin slices. Wash the lemon, grate it dry and peel wide, long zest off the peel. Wrap 4 zests around the handle of a wooden spoon. Wash the cucumber, rub dry and peel off the peel in thin strips
Divide the ginger slices, remaining lemon zest and half of the cognac between 4 glasses. Mash the ginger and lemon zest a little with a wooden pestle. Add ice cubes and stir. Distribute the rest of the cognac, lemonade and cucumber peels evenly between the glasses. Stir again. Loosen the lemon zest from the wooden spoon handle and decorate the glasses with them
