Coffee cream with biscuit chips

  • 1 EL instant cappuccino powder
  • 100 g Nut and nougat cream
  • 75 ml coffee liqueur
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Lean quark
  • 50 g sugar
  • 100 g Shortbread biscuits with dark chocolate

Mix the cappuccino powder with 1-2 tablespoons of hot water, allow to cool. Gently heat the nut nougat cream over a warm water bath, stir until smooth. Mix the dissolved cappuccino powder and coffee liqueur.

Mix the mascarpone, quark, sugar and liqueur mixture. Roughly chop the cookies. Add the nut nougat cream to the coffee cream and stir briefly once so that streaks appear. Layer the cream and biscuit chips in 4 glasses.

Serve garnished with mint.
