Cod on peppers and cucumber vegetables
- 2 red peppers
- 4 span> Cucumber sticks (sweet and sour; from the glass)
- 2 span> Onions
- 2 Zucchini
- 2 TL Oil
- Salt, pepper
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 g whipped cream li>
- 500 g Cod fillet
- Dice peppers, cucumber sticks, onions and zucchini.
- Heat the oil. Steam the onions until translucent. Add paprika, cucumber and zucchini, fry briefly, season. Pour in the vegetable stock and cream, simmer for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the cod and place on top of the vegetables.
- Put a lid on and let the fish simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with vegetables and sauce.
