Cod on peppers and cucumber vegetables

For 4 people
  • 2 red peppers
  • 4 Cucumber sticks (sweet and sour; from the glass)
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 2 TL Oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • 500 g Cod fillet

Dice peppers, cucumber sticks, onions and zucchini.

Heat the oil. Steam the onions until translucent. Add paprika, cucumber and zucchini, fry briefly, season. Pour in the vegetable stock and cream, simmer for about 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the cod and place on top of the vegetables.

Put a lid on and let the fish simmer for about 10 minutes. Serve with vegetables and sauce.
