Cod ham packet with broccoli

- 500 g Broccoli

- Peel and wash the potatoes, cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Wash the rosemary, pat dry, pluck the needles and roughly chop. Mix with oil, salt and pepper. Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into 4 pieces (approx. 3 cm wide). Brush with rosemary oil and wrap each with 1 slice of ham.

- Place on the baking sheet and roast in the hot oven for 12–15 minutes.

- In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel and chop the stalks. Cover and steam both in a little salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain the broccoli and season with pepper.

- Drain the potatoes. Pour in milkand mash into puree. Season with salt and nutmeg. Serve everything.
