Cod ham packet with broccoli

  • 400 g Potatoes

  • 2 Sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 300 g Cod fillet
  • 4 Slices Parma ham
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 6–8 EL low-fat milk

Peel and wash the potatoes, cover and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven (electric stove: 225 ° C / convection: 200 ° C / gas: see manufacturer). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash the rosemary, pat dry, pluck the needles and roughly chop. Mix with oil, salt and pepper. Wash the fish, pat dry and cut into 4 pieces (approx. 3 cm wide). Brush with rosemary oil and wrap each with 1 slice of ham.

Place on the baking sheet and roast in the hot oven for 12–15 minutes.

In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut into florets. Peel and chop the stalks. Cover and steam both in a little salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain the broccoli and season with pepper.

Drain the potatoes. Pour in milkand mash into puree. Season with salt and nutmeg. Serve everything.
