Cod fillet on bed of vegetables
- 50 g mixed

- 2 EL lemon juice

- Bacon fine roll the dice. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Brush a microwave-safe dish with fat. Cook the bacon and onion in it for two minutes at 600 watts. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into small florets.

- Rinse the corn, allow to drain. Add the vegetables to the bacon and onion mixture and mix. Season with pepper. Wash the fish fillet and pat dry. Drizzle with a tablespoon of lemon juice, season with salt, pepper and pour onto the vegetables.

- Drizzle everything with the remaining lemon juice. Cook with the lid closed for six minutes at 600 watts. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and lemon balm.
