Cod fillet on bed of vegetables

  • 50 g mixed
  • smoked bacon
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 250 g Broccoli
  • 1 can (n ) (425 ml) Vegetable corn
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g Cod fillet
  • 2 EL lemon juice
  • Fat
  • Lemon wedges and lemon balm

Bacon fine roll the dice. Peel the onion and cut into wedges. Brush a microwave-safe dish with fat. Cook the bacon and onion in it for two minutes at 600 watts. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into small florets.
Rinse the corn, allow to drain. Add the vegetables to the bacon and onion mixture and mix. Season with pepper. Wash the fish fillet and pat dry. Drizzle with a tablespoon of lemon juice, season with salt, pepper and pour onto the vegetables.
Drizzle everything with the remaining lemon juice. Cook with the lid closed for six minutes at 600 watts. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and lemon balm.
