Coconut yogurt with pineapple

- 1 EL desiccated coconut
- 1/2 370
- 150 g skimmed yoghurt

- Roast coconut flakes in a pan without fat, remove and let cool. Drain the pineapple. Put some pineapple and desiccated coconut aside to decorate. Mix the rest with the yogurt.

- Serve decorated with pineapple, desiccated coconut and mint.
