Coconut yogurt with pear and maple syrup

  • 150 g skimmed-milk yogurt
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) small pear
  • 1 EL Raisins
  • 1 TL maple syrup
  • 1 TL desiccated coconut
  • 1 TL Coconut chips

Pour yogurt into a glass. Wash the pear, grate dry and quarter. Remove the core casing. Halve quarter lengthways and cut into cubes. Mix the raisins, diced pear and maple syrup and pour onto the yogurt. Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and decorate with coconut chips
