Coconut Pudding Tart

Put egg white, 2 tbsp sugar and desiccated coconut in a bowl and knead with the dough hook of the hand mixer. Put 3–4 teaspoons of coconut mass in a mold and press evenly with your hands on the base and the edges

Place the mold on a baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven (E. - Cooker: 200 ° C / convection: 175 ° C / gas: see manufacturer) bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack

Roughly chop the chocolate. Mix the custard powder, 3 tablespoons of sugar and 6 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and remove from the stove. Stir in the pudding powder, place back on the stove and simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from the stove. Fold the chocolate into the pudding except for something to sprinkle. Pour the pudding into the molds, leave to cool for 10–15 minutes and sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate. Let cool down
