Coconut milk with banana

  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 (500 ml) Cup of buttermilk
  • 5 EL Coconut cream
  • some sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 EL desiccated coconut
  • 12 Coconut chips to decorate

Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Puree the bananas, buttermilk and coconut cream in a blender. If necessary, sweeten with a little sugar. Dip the rim of the glass in lemon juice and twist in desiccated coconut.

Pour coconut milk into the glasses and decorate with coconut chips.
