Coconut drink
- 1 coconut
- 4 cl Vodka
- 2 cl brown orange liqueur (Curaçao Dry Orange)
- 5 cl canned pineapple juice
- crushed ice
- 1 pineapple piece
- 1 Orange piece
- cocktail cherries
- fresh mint

- Drill the coconut holes, pour off the coconut milk and collect it. Saw off a lid from the coconut. Mix vodka, orange liqueur, 5 cl coconut milk and pineapple juice. Fill the coconut or a tall glass with crushed ice and pour the drink over it.

- Put the pineapple, orange and cocktail cherries on a wooden skewer. Garnish the drink with fruit skewers and mint. Serve immediately.
