Coconut cranberry cookies

  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 125 g dried cranberries

Mix the butter and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 8 minutes until creamy. Add egg and stir in. Mix the flour, salt, desiccated coconut and cranberries. Stir into the butter and egg mixture.
