Coconut-cranberry cookies

  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 180 g Flour

  • 100 g Desiccated coconut
  • 125 g dried cranberries

Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Mix the butter and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Stir in the egg. Sift the flour and a pinch of salt over it and stir in. Fold in desiccated coconut and cranberries.

Preheat the oven (electric stove: 175 ° C / convection: 150 ° C / gas: level 2). Place 10 piles of dough on each of the trays. Press it flat with a tablespoon to make round biscuits (6–7 cm Ø). Bake one after the other in the hot oven for 8-10 minutes.
